Incentives Available to the Physician: $84,000 for each physician who practices full time in Gravenhurst for at least 4 years. Clinic Details: The clinic is open from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm and closed on a Sunday. There is 1 part-time family physician, a registered nurse, a diabetic educator, pharmacist, and a chiropractor currently working in the clinic. This is a turnkey practice with no investment required from the physician who can step in and assume the role of providing primary care to the current patients. The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to the current patient roster of approximately 1,100 patients. There is ample opportunity to increase the patient base and grow the practice. Due to the patient demographics the practice requires a physician fluent in English. Physicians determine their personal work schedule. Evening/weekend after hours clinic coverage on average three times per month. There is an opportunity for hospitalist or ER work and perhaps long term care work in the area.  The clinic uses Avaros EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is a combination of Blended Capitation/Fee-For-Service. The split arrangement is 70/30 of gross billings which covers support staff salaries and practice operating expenses such as medical equipment and office supplies and service contracts. The Board is the facility landlord. The Board employ the support staff and act as paymaster. The operating budget is negotiated annually with the Clinic's Board and shared with the other physician(s). The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $250,000-$350,000.   Incentives Available to the Physician: The Township will pay $20K to the physician annually on their anniversary date with the clinic for up to five years, provide a $5K relocation allowance, cover the premiums for single or family enrollment in a reputable group healthcare plan, and pay for up to six months (maximum $10K) of career coaching for a spouse by a professional HR firm.   Clinic Details: The facility was recently renovated and expanded and offers a modern, well-equipped clinic space consisting of seven exam rooms, nursing station, physician touch-down area, reception, and spacious waiting room. There are additional office spaces and meeting rooms. The clinic is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through till Friday and is closed for one hour at noon.  The building is owned and operated by a non-profit, registered charity. A pharmacy rents space in the building. The facility sits on a large piece of property within the village of Lansdowne with ample free parking for patients and staff.   This well staffed clinic has 2 full-time family physicians, 1 full-time nurse practitioner, 1 clinic nurse, and 2 office assistants currently working there.  The Clinic is in the village of Lansdowne, Ontario just north of the Thousand Islands Bridge to the USA. It is centrally located between Montreal and Toronto, just off the 401 corridor, with easy access to VIA Rail.
