We work with family physicians and specialists who are either already fully licenced in Canada or are CCFP or RCPSC eligible meaning their training is considered on par with Canadian training.
We are here for you throughout the entire recruitment process - beginning with understanding your needs, sourcing suitable and qualified candidates, and using our step by step process to guide both our clients and physicians through the licensure, recruitment, and relocation process if applicable.
The recruitment processes within Canada are very confusing for many, and we fully assist with it all.
No money is due upfront, and no exclusivity is required. We only charge a fee for our service if a job is offered by yourself to one of our physicians and it is accepted. Everything we do for you until then is free - we advertise your role, present you with suitable, qualified and interested candidates, arrange interviews, video calls, visits and even assist with contract negotiations if required. We do not charge you for our time if we do not successfully recruit the Physician(s) you require.

It all depends on the physician and type of license, but I would allow anywhere from immediate and upward if fully licensed - as it will all depend on the physician’s specific situation, and 4-6 months for an IMG to complete the licensure and work permit processes so they can arrive and start work.
